At Thepuree.shop, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return & Refund Eligibility (India Only)

We offer a 7-day return and refund policy for customers within India.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 7 days, unfortunately, we will not be able to process a return or refund.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at:

Kindly include any one of the following details in your email:

  • Order ID

  • AWB (Tracking) Number

  • Registered Mobile Number

Our support team will guide you through the return process.

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The product must be intact

  • No changes, damage, or alterations to the product

  • Original packaging must be intact (no torn or modified packaging)

  • All original tags, labels, and accessories (if applicable) must be included

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • You will receive an email confirmation regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

For Prepaid Orders:

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders:

Customers who placed COD orders will need to provide their bank account details via email (hellothepuree@gmail.com).
Refunds will be processed to the bank details shared by the customer.

5. Important Notes

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.

  • The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise informed by our team.

  • Thepuree.shop reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
